Daily maintenance of grinding machine

The grinder shall be maintained and used by a specially assigned person, and shall be overhauled regularly to ensure that the grinder is in good condition

1. After operation, all parts of the machine, especially the sliding parts, shall be wiped clean and oiled.

2. Remove the grinding chips from all parts of the grinder.

3. Rust prevention shall be applied to necessary parts.

Precautions for using the grinder above

1. Before grinding, please correct the balance of the grinding wheel.

2. The grinding wheel must be carefully selected according to the material and hardness of the tools.

3. The spindle end and the grinding wheel flange shall be coated with thin oil film to prevent rust.

4. Pay attention to the rotation direction of the spindle.

5. It is prohibited to use an air gun to clean working objects and machines.

6. Please note whether the oil passage of the oil window is smooth.

7. Clean the vacuum box and filter steel once a week.

8. When the suction is weak, please check whether the dust suction pipe is blocked by dust.

9. The dust suction pipe must be kept clean, otherwise it will cause combustion.
